History...
Club Pilates started in San Diego in 2007 as a happy sanctuary for founder Allison Beardsley and her awesome students. Club Pilates continues to grow exponentially as the first Pilates Studio to bring quality Pilates at happy prices. Currently, Club Pilates is 13 locations strong through CA and MI with several more around the country slated to open soon. We are eager to help everyone on the planet experience a regular consistent Club Pilates studio practice!

Club Pilates’ goal is simple. We believe strongly in the benefits of Pilates for everyone and every body. We want each person to be able to reap the advantages of regular Pilates practice utilizing the Pilates Reformers in a beautiful studio with the best trained instructors. We will help millions of people all across the globe with our upbeat passion for service based on pure love and joy in sharing the awesome benefits of Pilates, since that is the Club Pilates way. Club Pilates is here to serve and uplift everyone.
Who will Pilates benefit?
Pilates is good for all and can be done by everybody. Pilates is good for both men and women, young and old, elite athletes and those who are new to exercise. We provide group Pilates Reformer Classes 7 days a week from early in the morning into the evening, so there’s almost always a Club Pilates class for even the busiest of schedules. The nature of the Reformer (and our Club Pilates approach) allows for decompression of the spine as well as stretching and strengthening of the body -- resulting in a sculpted physique and enhanced well-being of the body and mind. Pilates is physiologically efficient as it is full body focused, coupled with the use of the breath and optimized activation of the inner muscles of the body’s core. Club Pilates’ techniques are athletically beneficial and provide therapeutic balancing of the body.
